Meet The Team
Enoch Quon, PT, DPT
Enoch started his health and fitness career at the YMCA as a personal trainer in 2014. As he grew his experience, he worked with a variety of clients at premier clubs, including The Bay Club and Plus One Health Management.
To gain a deeper understanding of the human body and movement, he pursued a career in physical therapy, graduating from Mount St. Mary's University with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2019.
Enoch founded Gateway Wellness with a vision to make health and wellness education more accessible for older adults, bridging the gap between physical therapy and personal training to help people stay active, confident, and independent. Gateway Wellness partners with senior living communities across the San Gabriel Valley to bring fall prevention, mobility, and exercise programming directly to where people live. Enoch continues to practice as a physical therapist on a part-time basis, keeping his clinical skills sharp and staying connected to hands-on patient care.
Outside of his professional life, he loves exploring local coffee shops for a great oat milk latte, trying new food spots, and spending quality time with his friends, family, and church community.

As a former Santa Clara University collegiate dancer and dance educator, Laura has a unique personal understanding of navigating traumatic injuries and rehab. Her goal is to bridge mind, body, and spirit to help clients overcome physical hurdles and live to their fullest potential.
Henry Lam, CPT, EMT
Henry earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona (Cal Poly Pomona), building a strong foundation in human anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, kinesiology, and evidence-based training methods. He utilizes this academic expertise to create highly structured, results-driven programs tailored to each client’s unique goals and physical capabilities.
In addition to his fitness background, Henry brings a valuable safety and physical stress perspective to Gateway Wellness, drawing from two years of hands-on experience as an EMT where he mastered injury awareness and emergency response. He also spent a year specializing in adaptive, in-home personal training, working closely with individuals navigating injuries and mobility limitations to safely modify movement while still promoting strength, function, and independence.
Henry primarily works with busy career professionals and business owners such as attorneys, therapists, and engineers whose roles involve high stress and long hours of sedentary work. Recognizing the unique challenges of corporate lifestyles, he designs efficient training routines specifically targeting poor posture, tight hips, and low energy. His sustainable approach combines personalized training, realistic nutrition guidance, and consistent weekly accountability to help clients lose weight, build functional strength, and maintain long-term consistency without disrupting their demanding schedules.
